基于“ERG需要理论”的大学生村官激励机制探析

摘要:大学生村官计划为我国社会主义新农村建设注入了新的血液，加快了社会主义新农村建设的步伐。然而，大学生村官计划发展至今，也暴露出了一系列的问题,其中激励措施不到位是首要问题。本文通过文献检索和访谈法分析指出了对我国大学生村官的现实问题及问题的产生原因，创新的结合ERG需要理论，从生存需要、相互关系需要和成长发展需要三方面入手，就如何激励大学生村官提出了一些具体的措施来激励大学生村官。笔者希望通过建立明确的激励制度来吸引更多的大学生进入基层工作，促进大学生村官计划长久、流动的发展，为我国大学生村官制度的进一步完善提供依据。

Incentive system based on the " ERG theory " analysis of Little Village Official Programme
 

    Abstract: Little Village Official Programme(LVOP),which is speeding up the pace of the socialist new contryside construction, inject new blood to the construction of new socialist countryside area in China . However, LVOP is also faced a series of problems so far, and the the primary issue of it is the inspiration measures. This article, which uses the Literature Search and Interview Method, analyze and point out the real problems and causes of little village official in our country.It innovatively combines with the ERG theory to put forward some concrete measures that could encourage little village officials to analyze these problems from the needs of living, growth and relatedness. The author hopes that by establishing specific incentive system to attract more college graduates entering the grass-roots work,which promote the permanent and flowing development of the Little Village Official Programme, thus in order to provide the theoretical basis to the further improvement of the Little Village Official's system for our country.
