浅析可口可乐公司的HRM及对中国企业的启示

摘要：随着我国企业国际化进程的加快，人力资源管理方面的改革也在逐步加深，传统的人力资源管理模式受到了前所未有的冲击和挑战。本文以可口可乐公司为例，在系统分析其人力资源管理策略的基础上，对比分析了当前我国企业在人力资源管理方面所存在的主要问题，并提出了针对性的意见和建议，期望对我国企业海外经营中的人力资源管理问题提供些许借鉴。

Analysis of the Coca Cola company HRM and the Enlightment to Chinese Enterprises
 

Abstract：With the internationalization of China's enterprises to speed up the process, human resources management reform has gradually deepened, the traditional human resource management mode has been a hitherto unknown impact and challenge. The Coca Cola company as an example, in the analysis of its human resources management strategy on the basis of comparison and analysis, the current our country enterprise human resources management in the existing problems, and puts forward the specific comments and suggestions, expectations of oversea enterprise management of our country 's human resources management problem to provide some reference.
