国际企业的跨文化管理研究-以海尔为例
 
     摘要:伴随着经济全球化的不断深化,企业经营的国际化已成为不可逆转的时代潮流。企业在全球范围内利用资源,通过兼并、重组、收购等各种形式的合作经营行为,将其自身所拥有的资金、技术、管理等方面的优势与东道国的资源、市场、劳动力等方面的优势相结合。跨国经营企业的商品、资本、技术跨越国界的同时,也跨越了文化。文化差异使企业面临来自不同文化体系及文化的摩擦与碰撞,企业不得不采取有效的管理手段,在充分发挥跨文化优势的同时将文化冲突降到最低程度,跨文化管理籍此而生。本文就是以海尔为例并运用跨文化管理模型来研究跨文化在企业跨国管理中的作用,进而阐述跨文化管理研究的意义。
