摘   要

知识经济时代,知识是企业成功的首要因素,知识管理成为企业创新的动力来源。知识管理以知识为核心,对知识进行管理和运用,通过知识共享和运用集体智慧提高应变和创新能力。知识共享作为知识管理的核心部分,是知识管理的难点所在。如何使知识资源能够在企业内部员工之间、员工与企业之间自由流动,实现高效、充分的共享,以充分利用企业知识资源,放大企业知识资源的效用,是现代企业知识管理实践过程中亟待解决的问题。因此,知识共享机制的建立已成为企业知识管理的最大难题。对企业知识共享机制的系统研究不仅具有深远的理论与学术意义,而且具有极强的现实意义,它将为企业通过开发利用其知识资源、增强自身的核心竞争力,从管理上、文化建设上寻找一条可行之路。

ABSTRACT

In knowledge economy times,knowledge is the initial factor for business enterprise success;knowledge management becomes the motive source of business enterprise innovation.Knowledge management takes knowledge as the core,manages knowledge and applies it into management;enhance exaltation contingency and innovation ability through knowledge sharing and collective intelligence.
As the core part of knowledge management,knowledge sharing is a difficulty to it.To make every use of business enterprise resources flow freely and being shared efficiently and fully among enterprise employees,between enterprise employees and enterprise itself are problems that need to be resolved immediately in the process of modem enterprise knowledge management practices.The quick development of science and technology makes it less and less difficult to share knowledge.
