高新企业技术创新的信息保障体系研究

研究高新企业技术创新的信息保障体系，对于在竞争激烈的环境下提高我国高新企业的技术创新能力有着十分重要的作用。本文从高新企业的角度出发，首先分析了高新企业技术创新的特点、技术创新需求信息的种类和技术创新信息需求的特征，然后讲述信息保障体系的基本功能与作用，并提出高新企业技术创新信息保障体系的构成要素，接着研究信息保障体系中存在的问题，最后提出相应的体系优化对策。

ABSTRACT
Studying an information assurance system of technological innovation in the enterprise has playing a very important role in enhancing the technological innovation capability of Chinese high-tech enterprises in this competitive environment. This thesis from the standpoint of high-tech enterprises, first analyzes the characteristics of technological innovation, the types of information in technological innovation, and the characteristics of information needs in technological innovation, secondly describe the basic functions of information assurance system，thirdly studies the elements of information assurance system, and then talk about the problems of information assurance system, Finally, propose some optimization measures to the information assurance system.
