基于创业板的河北省中小企业融资问题研究

摘  要
改革开放以来，随着我国经济的发展，中小企业日益成为我国经济发展的重要推动力量。它在扩大就业、促进技术进步、稳定经济增长方面发挥着日益重要的作用。然而，融资难的问题一直是制约企业发展的主要障碍。只有解决中小企业的融资瓶颈，才能促使中小企业健康、稳定的发展。河北地处中原地带，经济水平处于中档水平，中小企业在融资上面临的困难也较为典型地反应出全国的问题。
本文以解决河北省中小企业融资为目标，以创业板市场为切入点，分析我省中小企业融资中面临的问题以及创业板市场在中小企业融资中的作用，并从创业板和中小企业两个方面提出一些建议。首先，要不断完善创业板市场的相关法规和制度，逐步建立起完善的资本市场。其次，中小企业也要不断提升自己的创新能力，为自己进入创业板市场融资创造条件。这样，才能使中小企业更好借力创业板促进自己的发展。

Abstract
With the development of economic in China, small and medium enterprises is increasingly becoming an important driving force of the economic growth since reform and opening-up. They play an important role in increasing employment, technological innovation and ensuring growth of the national economy. However, financing difficult has always limited SMEs’ growth.  If only financing problem can be solved, SMEs can get fine development. Hebei province is located in North China plain, and its economic is at intermediate level in China. The financing difficulties which SMEs in Hebei province face typically reflect the nationwide problem.
This paper’s aim is to solve financing problem. The starting point of this article is the GEM, then, it analyze the financing trouble which the SMEs in Hebei province face and the role of the GEM in the SMEs financing problem. Some suggestions is given from the GEM and SMEs themselves to solve the financing problem. Firstly, the relevant laws and regulations must be set up to perfect Chinese capital market. Secondly, SMEs must promote the innovation ability to make itself enter the GEM easily. Only in these ways can SMEs develop well with the help of the GEM.
