中小企业人力资源营销研究摘要
中小企业在当今的人才竞争中明显处于不利地位,优秀人才的吸引困难以及流失严重都直接限制了企业的发展。本文在明确人力资源营销的涵义和必要性的基础上,分析了中小企业人力资源管理中存在的两大问题和产生的原因,提出将营销理念从对外招聘和对内管理两个方面应用于中小企业的人力资源管理当中,即市场调研、“产品”生产、“产品” 销售的外部人力资源营销“三部曲”, 树立人力资源营销的思想、探寻员工的需求、建立公平合理的差异化人力资源管理体系、开展及时有效的沟通等内部人力资源营销。这样不但可以提高人力资源管理的执行效果,而且可以吸引更多的优秀人才,减少员工的流失率,增强中小企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract
Small and medium enterprises are not in advantage state in nowadays competing for talents. The problems in attracting to talents and talents’ running away both hinder the development of these companies. In this paper, clearly the meaning of human resources and the need for marketing based on the analysis of human resource management in small and medium enterprises, the two major causes of the problems and put forward the marketing concept of external recruitment and internal management from both applied to small and medium human resource management among businesses, that market research, "product" production and sale of human resources marketing "trilogy" and set up the idea of human resources marketing, and explore the needs of employees and establish a fair and reasonable differences of human resource management system and carry out timely and effective communication within the human resource marketing. From these two sides, we could effectively promote the effects of human resource performance, attract more and better capacities and decrease the churn rate, so that to enhance the centre competitiveness of small and medium business.
