我国政策性农业保险问题研究——基于宁波市试点的分析

摘 要：宁波市是浙江省政策性农业保险首批试点的县市之一，到目前为止，已经顺利完成三年试点工作，历经三年探索实践，农业保险取得较好成效，积累了宝贵的发展经验。在促进农业发展，维护农村稳定，保障农民收入方面发挥了重要作用。本文通过了解宁波地区政策性农业保险试点情况，分析其开展情况中存在的一些问题和障碍，以此提出一些建议和措施，希望能对该地区开展农业保险工作有所帮助，从而推动农业保险的可持续发展。

China policy agricultural insurance problems
---- Based on the city of ningbo experimental analysis
Abstract: The city of Ningbo is Zhe Jiang province one of the first batch city participating in the polot policy agricultural insurance .So far, its agricultural insurance has successfully completed three experimental work and after three years practice exploration the agricultural insurance has achieved significant development and accumulated valuable experiences. The agricultural insurance was proved important for promoting rural development, rural stability and safeguarding farmers’ income. Through the situation of the polot policy agricultural insurance, we can analysis there are some difficulties and obstacles, so that we can propose some suggestions and measures. It helps this region to work, and promote agricultural insurance’ s sustainable development.
