突发性事件中报道与评论的配合

所谓突发事件是指突然发生，造成或者可能造成重大伤亡、重大财产损失和重大社会影响的突发公共事件或状态。突发事件具有爆发突然、不确定因素高的特点。无论是天灾还是人祸，突发性事件总是受到公众的普遍关注。对于突发性事件的报道也越来越讲究策略。报道与评论相配合的报道方式在突发性事件中也越来越被强调。本论文从突发性事件报道中，报道与评论各自的概念和特点入手，对突发性事件中报道与评论的配合策略进行探索。通过探索，总结出在突发性事件报道中报道与评论在配合上存在的问题，针对问题提出解决的对策。突发性事件中报道与评论的配合不仅对突发事件的发展产生了影响，而且对整个社会的发展也产生了广泛的影响。

Emergencies with reports and comments

Abstract

The so-called emergency is public event which happened very suddenly, could cause or may cause significant casualties, significant property damage and significant impact on the society. It outbreak with sudden unexpected, and uncertainties is high. Whether in natural disasters or man-made disasters, emergencies always attract the public's attention widely. Reports for emergencies increasingly strategically. The report form which reports coordinate with comments was more stressed in emergency. This article will begin by the concepts and features of reports and comments, to explore the cooperation strategy of reports and comments on the emergency. After exploration, we can summarize some problems which exist in the cooperation between reports and comments during our reports on unexpected events, in the same time, find some solving strategy. The cooperation between reports and comments in unexpected events not only affect to solve problems in unexpected, but also has a wide impact on the development of society.
