浅析家族企业人力资源管理


摘 要

家族企业是目前世界范围内最普遍、历史最悠久、生命力最为顽强的企业组织形式。建立之初,家族企业在共同经济利益的感召下,依靠血缘关系所产生的强大凝聚力,使企业在很短的时间内得以迅速成长壮大,对我国社会的进步和国民经济的增长发挥了重要作用。然而随着经济的发展,巨大的成长挑战和观念升级,使得家族企业在其发展之路上困难重重。尤其是用人管理方面,各种各样的问题又摆在了家族企业管理决策者的面前。这就要求家族企业管理决策者,根据内外环境的实际情况,因地制宜制定改革措施,完善企业的人力资源管理。
本文就家族企业在人力资源管理方面的问题,利用人力资源管理以及企业制度创新等相关理论知识,对家族企业在人力资源管理方面的一些问题进行论述,并试着提出对策。希望家族企业在企业用人问题上,坚持“举亲未必坏事”的原则,一方面要克服传统思想的束缚,突破侧重近亲的用人模式的局限,解决家族成员之间的矛盾,培养家族内部人才;另一方面放眼家族之外,拓宽视野,适当引进家族外部人才,确保家族的和谐以及企业的持续发展。

ABSTRACT

Family business is the enterprise, which is the most common worldwide, the oldest and most tenacious vitality .The establishment of the early days, relying on the common economic interests and the blood relationship which concluded a strong cohesive force, the family business has grown so quickly in a very short time .On our social progress and economic growth, it has played an important role. However, with the economic development, the growth of huge challenges and the concept of escalation, the decision-makers of the business family have to come to face a wide range of issues, especially in personnel management. This requires the decision-makers of family business to reform measures to change the conditions and improve the enterprise's human resources management, according to the actual situation of internal and external environment.
This article devotes to addressing some of the problems and trying to propose a solution, which bases on the utilization of human resources management, and enterprise system innovation theory. Hope that the family businesses can adhere to the "pro-not necessarily a bad thing to cite" principle, on the one hand, overcome the shackles of traditional thinking of focusing on close relatives, break through the limitations of models , solve the conflicts between family members, in order to bring up the family-house personnel; On the other hand, look out of the family, broad the horizons, bring in the external personnel to ensure family harmony and the sustainable development of enterprises.
