产业升级背景下保险业地位与作用分析

内容摘要：保险业作为金融体系和社会保障体系的重要组成部分，在金融领域和国家社会保障体系中发挥越来越重要的作用。“十二五”时期是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期，是深化改革开放，加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期。保险在保障我国产业升级的顺利进程中发挥出不可替代的保障功能。保险业正处于发展的初级阶段，努力实现保险业又好又快发展，更好地为构建和谐社会服务，保障民生、改善民生是构建和谐社会，是时代赋予保险业的历史使命和重要责任。
本文就改革开放三十多年来，我国正处于经济转型期，在产业升级的大背景下，在发展现代农业和工业及高新技术产业中，在应对经济泡沫金融海啸中，保险在整个国民经济中的重要地位，以及在以人为本、构建和谐社会，防灾应灾，养老医疗就业等社会保障体系中，对保险业的重要作用略陈己见。最后提出当前我国保险业存在的问题，通过建立健全的保险机制来促进产业升级。
