保险资金投资渠道与投资方式研究

内容摘要：保险业因其行业发展和经营的特性成为积累大量资本、提供大量资金来源的金融机构，也是金融市场上的重要机构投资者。因此，保险资金投资渠道与投资方式对于保险业的发展以及金融业的发展具有重要的意义。本文从我国保险资金投资的历史以及现状出发，研究了目前我国保险业资金的主要投资渠道和投资方式，并分析了我国保险资金运用面临的一系列问题以及如何有效走出困境。以此为切入点，文章简要地分析了美国保险资金的投资渠道和投资方式，并借鉴其成功之处提出了解决我国保险资金投资渠道和投资方式多元化的方案。最后，文章结合国家保险新政探究了我国保险资金投资的进一步拓展方向及其面临的风险监管问题。

Research on the insurance fund investment channels and investment research way

Abstract: Because of the characteristics of its industry development and management, insurance industry becomes the financial institutions which accumulate capital and provide large numbers of fund resources and at the same time important institutional investors in financial markets. Therefore, the investing channels and ways of insurance funds play a significant role in the development of both insurance industry and financial industry. On the basis of the history and present situation of the investment of China’s insurance funds, this paper studies the main investing channels and ways of China’s insurance funds at present and then analyses the series of questions confronted with China’s insurance funds as well as how to effectively overcome the dilemma. Through the study of the above, the paper briefly analyzes the investing channels and ways of American insurance funds and make use of its advantages to work out the solutions for diversified investing channels and ways of China’s insurance funds.  In the end, the paper explores the further developing direction of China’s insurance funds investing by combining with the new policies of national insurance and the risks it will confront with the questions in supervising and managing risks.
