从创新的角度看待农村金融创新—安徽省的农村信用社改革

内容摘要：本论文运用合作金融的相关理论，从研究我国农村信用合作社发展的现状和存在问题入手，进而具体分析安徽农村信用合作社的改革发展过程以及存在的问题和做一步改革的思考。本文运用金融学理论将全文分为五个部分：第一部分,先阐述了合作金融的理论,具体介绍其概念、特点和原则，再说明合作金融的必要性。第二部分，主要叙述农信社的发展阶段-四个阶段，分别为探路阶段、隶属阶段、剥离阶段和求变阶段。第三部分介绍安徽农信社的发展改革历程，主要先从其发展历程开始叙述，然后介绍其发展改革成效现状，最后提出了安徽农信社改革中存在的问题，再针对问题进行成因分析。本文第四部分是对安徽农信社进一步改革的思考，针对存在的问题，提出了一些有建设性的建议。最后一部分，转回介绍农村金融的创新。

On innovation from an innovative perspective rural finance Anhui Province Rural Credit Cooperative Reform

Abstract: This paper uses the cooperation financial theories, from the study of China's rural credit cooperatives development present situation and the existing problems, and then analyze the Anhui rural credit cooperative reform and development process and the existing problems and the step of reform.This paper uses finance theory is divided into four parts: the first part, firstly elaborated the financial cooperation theory, introduced its concept, characteristics and principles, and to compare it with other financial situation is different, then explains the necessity of cooperative finance.The second part, mainly describes the agricultural letter society development level - the four stages, respectively, under the stage, the Pathfinder phase stripping phase and phase change.The third part introduces Anhui agriculture letter society development and reform course, mainly from its development process begins to narrate, and then introduces the development current situation of reform, finally proposed the Anhui rural credit cooperative reform problem.The last part of this paper is to Anhui agricultural letter society further reform, aiming at the existing problems, and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
