一汽吉林分公司职工宿舍楼招标文件编制

摘    要
   随着我国工程项目招投标的范围不断扩大,使得工程项目招投标利于施工企业的良性竞争,利于建筑工程质量的提高,从而更有利于我国建筑市场的健康发展。然而由于我国实行工程项目招投标的起步较晚,招投标的相关业务还处于初级阶段,招投标过程的实际操作还存在诸多不规范之处,因此,工程项目招投标管理的规范化亟待加强。
本文通过一汽吉林分公司职工宿舍楼招标文件的编制，向大家尽量展示完整的招标规范与流程，并结合工程项目招投标过程中问题产生的原因，突出招标工作中的核心内容—工程量清单。

Abstract

Along with our country of project bidding scope of unceasing expansion, causes of project bidding for construction enterprise benign competition, beneficial to the improvement of the quality of construction projects, and more conducive to the healthy development of China's construction market. However, due to our country executes project of bidding started late, the bidding of relevant business is still at the primary stage, the actual operation of the bidding process, there are many non-standard place, therefore, the standardization of the management of project bidding to be strengthened.
This article through the faw ji lin enterprise worker dormitory building of the tender documents, as far as possible to everybody present the full tender norms and process, and combined with engineering projects in the bidding process, the reasons, highlight the core content in the bidding work-the list of quantities.
