仓储物流中库存控制策略研究

摘要
控制和保持库存是每个经济部门和单位的共同课题。为了保证生产和供应的连续性和均衡性，需要在不同的生产环节、供应环节及流通环节设立仓库，储备一定数量的库存物资，库存量是有限制的，库存量过少，不能满足企业生产或经营的需要；库存量过多，不仅会占用大量的储备资金，影响流动资金的周转，而且还会占用大量的仓库，还可能由于长期积压而使库存物资损坏变质，造成不必要的浪费。因此，必须根据实际情况，将库存量控制在台理的范围内，使库存总成本最小库存控制是仓储管理的一个重要内容，使用合理的库存控制策略能够对资源进行有效的管理和控削，使其储备保持在经济合理的水平上。本文首先简单介绍库存控制近期的理论研究成果，库存控制的相关概念，以及影响库存控制的相关要素。然后提出了目前库存控制在实际运用中存在的主要问题，对其进行分析并给出具体的解决法案。通过这些使企业或经营单位选择适台自己实际情况的库存控制策略，提高库存管理水平，进而提高企业生产或经营的整体经济效益。

Abstract
Maintaining inventory control and economic departments and units of each common task. In order to ensure continuity of production and supply and balance the need in different production processes, supply chain and warehouse set up in circulation, reserve a certain amount of inventory, inventory is limited, too little inventory can not meet production or business needs; inventory too much, not only take up a lot of reserve funds and affect the flow of liquidity, but also take up a lot of storage, may also leaving due to the long backlog of damaged inventory deterioration, resulting in unnecessary waste. Must therefore be based on the actual situation, the inventory control manager in Taiwan within the scope of the total cost of the minimum stock of inventory control is an important part of warehouse management, inventory control strategies to use reasonable that the effective management of resources and control of cutting, its reserves to maintain a reasonable level in the economy. This article first introduces the theory of inventory control recent research results related to the concept of inventory control, and the relevant elements of inventory control. Then a current inventory control in the practical application of the main problems, analyze and give specific solutions bill. Through these business units to enable enterprises to select the appropriate units or the actual situation of their inventory control strategies, improve inventory management, and to improve production or operation of the overall economy.
