中西方茶文化对比研究

我国是茶树发源地，也是发现和利用茶叶最早的国家，中国茶文化历史悠久，源远流长，在人类漫长的历史进程中，茶文化在世界各地的发展程度也各不相同。茶文化是物质文明和精神文明的结合。文章通过从历史渊源、饮茶习俗习惯和时代影响中有关茶的话题三方面，对东西方茶文化进行比较分析，通过对中国茶的起源探索，进而对茶文化进行分析，提出茶文化博大精深的思想内涵和广博影响。通过茶在中西方的不同饮法所折射出的民族文化心态，使读者进一步了解茶文化的精髓，并有助于了解双方的文化，增进相互了解，利于交流和合作。

A Contrast Study on Chinese and Western Tea Culture                    

Abstract
Tea culture is an important and outstanding part of ethnic Chinese culture. In the long history of human progress, the tea culture in the world varies from degrees of development. Tea culture is a combination of material and spiritual civilization. Along with the development and progress of the times, the pace of world culture and arts integration is becoming faster and faster. At the same time, cultural and historical differences in environmental conditions and culture of tea drinking spread around the world and developed by different degrees. This paper explored the origin of Chinese tea, and then it analyzes the Chinese tea culture. The spread of the Chinese tea to the West and the formation of its unique tea culture in the Western culture are well mentioned in the paper. The article mainly focuses on its origin, drinking habits and customs in literature poetry topics which are three aspects related to tea culture. Contrast study on the East-West tea culture reflects the different national cultural mentality, by which readers can learn more about the essence of tea culture. Analysis of the tea culture helps people to understand both the culture, and promote mutual understanding and facilitate the exchange and cooperation in inter-cultural communication.
