我国农民工医疗保险的探讨摘 要
农民工既不同于城镇居民，又有别于农村农民的特殊群体。他们主要分布在城市的建筑、环卫、搬运等行业，从事的大都是重脏累险的工作。随着市场竞争的加剧，农民工在城市就业和生活过程中存在的各种风险问题越来越突出。正因为如此，农民工的社会保障问题特别是医疗保障问题是当前我国社会保障体系建设的一个重大问题. 党的十六届五中全会明确提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务，在《关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》中，城市农民工的社会保障问题是建设社会主义新农村的主要命题之一。
本文阐述了农民工及其医疗保险的现状,探讨了如何完善我国农民工医疗保险制度,以更好的维护农民工的利益和促进我国经济持续稳定的发展。从农民工自身以及国家政策、制度、法律等角度着手，采用分析、比较和论述的方法，分别阐明了我国农民工医疗保险的现状及存在的弊端，并针对我国其存在的各种问题，提出了完善农民工医疗保险的深层思考和建议,最终体现了建立和完善我国农民工医疗保险的重大意义。

Abstract
The peasant laborer is different from urban residents and rural farmers is different from the special groups. They are mainly located in urban construction, sanitation, transport and other sectors, are mostly engaged in the risk of re-tired dirty work. Because of this, peasant laborer's social security question is specially the medical safeguard question is a current our country social security system construction major issue. Party's 16 Fifth Plenary Session will propose explicitly the build socialism new countryside's significant historic task, in "about Advancement Socialism New Rural reconstruction's Certain Opinions", the urban peasant laborer's social security question will be one of build socialism new countryside principal propositions
