多功能书刊翻页器的设计+cad

摘  要
本设计是为了帮助残疾人，或者双手不方便翻阅书籍的生产人员，老年人设计的一款方便快捷的自动翻书器，在生活中能提高残疾人的阅读兴趣，解放阅读者的双手，从而对打字员等职业的工作人员也有一定帮助，本设计本着经济，有效，结构简单的原则，采用3杆连动原理实现翻书过程，即起页杆的摩擦起页，翻页杆的伸出翻转，压页杆的平整纸张等，翻页杆动作的回复。并采用可调节高度和角度的支架，以满足不同高度的读者从不同的角度读书，可以缓解读者的疲劳。本设计动力机构运用步进电动机，以便实现周期性往复运动过程。
本系统采用UG软件进行设计，产生三维的零件图和装备图，同时可导出为二维的装配图，并可进行运动及零件分析。UG是一个交互式CAD/CAM(计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制造)系统，它功能强大，可以轻松实现各种复杂实体及造型的建构。CAD功能使当今制造业公司的工程、设计以及制图能力得以自动化。以便使用UG设计模型来描述完成的部件。
按照设计要求，最后用UG及AutoCAD软件进行绘图，装配图
零件图和三维装配。
利用UG设计零件，并且进行装配可以综合的检验设计的合理性，美观性，从而进一步为后期的改型设计提供依据。

The Desingn of Multifunctional Turning Apparatus for Book
Abstract
This design is to help the disabled person, or both hands are not convenient the production personnels who glances through the books, a section of convenience which the senior citizen designs quickly turn the book automatically, can enhance disabled person's reading interest in the life, liberates reader's both hands, thus to occupation and so on typist staff also has certain help, this design in line with economical, effective, the structure simple principle, uses 3 pole gearing principle to realize turns the book process, namely the page pole's friction page, turns the page pole to stretch out the turn over, presses the page pole's smooth paper and so on, turns the page pole movementReply. This design power organization utilization step-by-steps the electric motor, with the aim of realizing the periodicity reciprocal motion process. this system uses the UG software to carry on the design, produces three Uygur's detail drawings and the equipment chart, simultaneously may derive is two Uygur's assembly drawings, and may carry on the movement and the components analysis. UG is one kind of parametrization computer-aided design (CAD) and the computer auxiliary manufacture (CAM) the system. The CAD function causes now the manufacturing industry company's project, the design as well as charting ability can automate. In order to use the part which the UG design model describes completes. . according to the design requirements, uses UG and the AutoCAD software finally carries on the cartography, assembly drawing the detail drawing and three Uygur assembles. Uses the UG design components, and carries on the examination design rationality which the assembly may synthesize, artistry, thus further provides the basis for later period's modification design.
