建筑企业质量、环境、安全一体化管理体系的分析研究

摘　要

随着建筑业的快速发展，企业工程质量、环保、安全问题日益突出，建筑企业能否根据自身的特点和不同需求，建立质量、环境、安全一体化体系，成为建筑企业急需解决的问题。一体化管理体系又被称为“综合管理体系”、“整合型管理体系”等，本文中的“一体化管理体系”是指建筑企业将质量管理体系、环境管理体系和安全管理体系进行有机整合的三元合一的整合化管理体系。根据建筑企业的特点以及对质量、环境、安全管理的要求，分析质量、环境、安全管理的共同点和相似性，进行有效的整合化分析，建立一个符合标准要求的、适合企业操作的、高效的一体化体系。实现组织的质量目标，消除贸易壁垒，提高产品品质和顾客的满意程度，取得管理效益和效益的最大化，势在必行。建立一体化管理是我国建筑企业适应全球经济一体化竞争的有效途径，有利于促进建筑企业的健康快速发展，有利于建筑企业运用现代化系统管理细想规划总体发展战略，提高体系运行的整体有效性，提升建筑企业的核心竞争力，实现建筑业的可持续发展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the construction industry, enterprise engineering quality, environmental protection, safety problem increasingly, the construction enterprise whether according to its characteristics and different needs, set up quality, environment, safety integration system, as a construction enterprise problems needed to resolve. Integrated management system has been called the "comprehensive management system", "integrated management system", etc, this paper of the "integrated management system" means the construction enterprise will quality management system, environment management system and safety management system of the organic integration of three yuan of the combination of integration management system. According to the characteristics of the construction enterprise as well as to the quality, environment, safety management requirements, analysis of quality, environment, safety management in common and comparability, the effective integration analysis, establish a accord with a standard to ask, suitable for enterprise operation and efficiency of integration system. The realization of quality objectives, the elimination of trade barriers, improve product quality and customer satisfaction, obtain management efficiency and benefit maximization, imperative. Establish China's construction enterprise integrated management is to adapt to global economic integration the effective way of the competition and to promote the healthy development of construction enterprise, be helpful for construction enterprise using modern management system to dwell on the general development strategy planning, improve the overall effectiveness of system operation, to improve building enterprise core competitiveness, and realize the sustainable development in the industry.
