当代大学生村官价值观缺失及其定位

摘  要
我们的国家已经进入社会主义现代化建设新时期，如何让大学生村官树立正确的价值观，使之能够更好地在新农村建设中产生更大的助力。因此，深入研究大学生村官价值观问题是十分必要的。本文通过对影响大学生村官价值观的各种因素的分析，进一步阐释了树立符合时代要求的社会价值观的必要性。即树立“为民所想，执民所愿”的价值观。为此,我们必须通过完善村官的制度体系；在工资，待遇，福利，等各个方面来保障大学生村官的权益的实现；社会各界为大学生村官的成长营造一个良好的环境等途径使大学生村官发挥其应有的作用。

Abstract
Our country has entered a new period, a period of socialist modernization. How to develop a good attitude about University Student Village Officer values of life. So that it can better in the new countryside construction, have a greater boost. Therefore, in-depth study is necessary. Village official by the values that affect college students to determine the analysis of various factors, further elaborated in line with requirements of the times to establish the necessity of social values. Namely, establish a " do people think and wish " values. We must continually improve the village official of the institutional system. And then in wages, salaries and benefits, and other aspects to guarantee the realization of the rights of college students village official; village official community for college students to grow and create a good environment; in order to enable students Village Officer to play its due role.
