江苏h乡镇机构改革问题研究

摘  要：该文以江苏省为例，探究乡镇机构设置的基本情况与运行机制等，通过对乡镇机构改革中取得的主要成绩、存在的问题及其原因的分析，积极寻求解决乡镇机构改革所产生问题的具体对策与改革路径。

Abstract：In this paper, we try to explore the basic situation and operational mechanism of the villages and towns institution against the example of  Jiangsu Province.By the analysis of  achievements and problems exsiting in the institutional reform of villages and towns,we actively seek the specific measures and reform path to resolve problems arising from rural institutional reform .
