教师档案管理系统

摘    要
随着计算机技术的发展与普及，运用先进的信息管理系统及软件开发平台，对信息进行科学化管理，已成为各级各类学校信息系统的发展趋势。目前，几乎所有学校职能部门都已经建立了针对日常职能工作的管理信息系统。学校是由人、财、物、时间、信息等因素构成的多层次的综合体。要提高学校的管理效能，实现预定目标，就必须实行科学管理。科学管理主要包括两方面的内容。一方面是技术系统的内容，即根据学校教育的规律，采用先进的管理程序，应用现代的教育设施，使用数理统计和综合分析的方法进行科学的预测等，另一方面是人力系统的内容，因为学校管理工作主要是对人的管理，即使是对财、物、时间、信息的管理，也是通过人的管理活动实现的。
教师档案管理系统是典型的管理信息系统（MIS），其系统开发主要包括数据库的规划设计与维护、客户端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立的数据库具有完整性和一致性，且具有一定的数据安全性，而对于后者则要求程序界面友好、功能完备，容易使用，具有流行软件的操作习惯等特点。经过详细的调查与分析，我们选用Visual Basic6.0作为前端开发工具，利用其提供的集成开发环境及支持面向对象的各种标准化的控件，达到对教师信息管理的目的。设计时首先在短时间内先建立系统应用原型，然后对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，直到形成用户满意的实际可行系统。

Abstract
Along with the development and the popularization of the computer technical, the usage of advanced information management system and the software development platform, and scientific management to the information, have become all kind of schools’ information system developed trend. Nowadays, almost all of schools’ management departments have already built up the management information system which is aim at performing the function of the daily work. The school is a comprehensive body which constitute by the factors, such as person, wealth, things, time and information…etc. To raise the efficiency of the management of the school and to carry out the scheduled target, schools have to practice a scientific management. Scientific management mainly includes two aspects. One aspect is that, according to the content of the technique system, that is the rule of the school education, we should adopt advanced management procedure, apply the modern educational facilities, and use the mathematics statistics and synthesized analysis to predict scientifically. Another aspect is the content of the person’s system, because the work of the school management mainly is the management to the person, even the management to the wealth, things, time and information are all the management activities carried out by the person.
Teacher’s file and allow the lesson term to teach the management system is the typical management information system (MIS), its system development mainly includes the program design and maintenance, and the development of the procedure of the database of client. The establishment of the former’s database should have the integrity, consistency and a certain data safety, but the latter requests the amity procedure interface, complete function easy usage, and the operation habit of the popular software etc. Through the detailed inquisition and analysis, we choose to use Visual Basic6.0 as the head development tool. We make use of its integration development environment and the control option which support facing to various standardize objects to attain the purpose of the information management of teacher. During the design, we first build up the system application prototype in a short time, then make continuous revision and improvement of the prototype system according to the need until it form a realistic and available system that the customer is satisfied.
