教材管理系统摘 要
本文根据学校教材管理的实际情况，结合Delphi开发和数据库技术，在传统管理手段基础上，以Windows xp 操作系统、Access数据库为平台，实现了针对大学的教材管理系统。
在程序设计方面，通过对学校教材录入发放，学生领书业务进行需求调研、归纳、分析，以教材录入领取主要业务流程为主线，并结合组织结构，对系统及数据库的总体设计的基本思想进行了论证。并利用Delphi 7.0 数据库开发工具，实现了教材管理系统的开发，它包括教材管理、班级管理、书费管理、教材入库出库管理、用户管理等。此系统还包括符合系统使用人员思维观念和使用习惯的条件查询。
通过该系统的应用，加速了学校实现教材管理现代化的进程，提高了现有教材的共享程度和工作人员的工作效率，对传统手工资料的存贮进行了革新，提高了教材管理的决策水平。

Abstract
This text according to actual circumstance of the textbook management of the school，Combine the development of Delphi and database techniques, Manage the means foundation in the tradition up，Take operate system of Windows xp, database of Access as the platform, Carried out to aim at the teaching material management system of the university.
In the program design aspect，Pass to the school of teaching material record to go in to issue, the student get the book business to carry on the need investigation and induce, analyze, with the teaching material record to go in to receive main business process is main line, and combine to organize the structure, to the system and carried on the argument according to the basic thought of total design of database. Delphi 7.0 and use of database development tools, and the textbook management system development, which includes textbook management, class management, the management fee, to the textbook storage management, user management. The system also includes the use of personnel system of thinking and concepts for the use of customary conditions.
Through the application of the system, accelerate the realization of textbook management of the school modernization process and improve the sharing of the existing teaching staff and the degree of efficiency, the traditional manual data storage for the reform, improve the teaching level of management decision-making
