网络型电子图书的出版现状及对策研究

摘 要
20世纪末以来，伴随着计算机技术，网络技术的进步。给人们带来一种全新的生活和工作方式。计算机网络技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用对昂带社会产生了全方位的影响。在信息社会化和社会化信息的今天，随着互联网技术的逐步成熟，图书出版业有了很大的变化。网络型电子图书作为一种崭新的文献资料出版形式，极大刺激了传统图书出版，发行市场，改变了读者的阅读习惯。网络型电子图书的出版是出版史上的重大变革。它彻底改变了传统出版的出版载体，概念和商业模式，改变了人类社会的信息环境。网络型电子图书作为数字化领域的热点，在数字化时代必将成为人们获取知识的主要渠道，其发展趋势不容阻挡，必将开拓一个新的阅读时代。发展网络型电子图书出版产业是我国出版产业升级的必然趋势。
我国网络型电子图书出版从整体上和发达国家还有一定差距。还处于发展的初级阶段，本文首先对电子图书出版的相关理论概念做了介绍，再说明了网络型电子图书的的出版现状，同时叙述了国内外网络型电子图书的发展状况。分析了我国电子图书出版存在的问题及制约我们电子图书出版业发展的问题的原因。最后通过对网络型电子图书出版现状的调查研究和分析，解决其在发展过程中的问题，制定解决措施提出了对策。提出了促进我国网络型电子图书出版的发展对策。

The Research of Presedent situation and Countermeasures of Web-based Electronic book Publishing
Abstract
Since the late 20th century, along with the progress of computer technology and network technology, electronic books have brought us a brand-new way of life and work. The rapid development of computer network technology and its wide application have made a full range of effects on the modern society. As today’s information society and the socialization of information, with the gradual maturity of Internet technology, book publishing industry has greatly changed. Electronic books as a new literature publishing form, which has greatly stimulated the traditional publishing and the market, changed the readers' reading habits. Electronic books’ publishing is a major change in publishing history. It completely changed the traditional publishing carrier, concept and the commercial press, changing the pattern of human society information environment. Electronic books as a hot field of digital, it will become the main channel to obtain knowledge in digital age. Its development trend can not be stopped, which will develop a new era of reading. Developing the electronic books publishing is an inevitable trend to upgrade publishing industry in China.
There is a certain gap between our electronic publishing and the developed countries’, while we are still in the primary stage of development. In this paper, it is firstly introduced about electronic books.through the analysis of web-based electronic books published status, it is described about the development situation of electronic books and the existing problems of electronic publishing, and it is analyzed on the development of electronic book publishing industry. Finally, through a network of electronic publishing the status of the research and analysis of network, the development and utilization of electronic publishing, solve the problems in the development process, formulate measures for solving countermeasures are put forward. Marketing strategies and strategic are proposed to promote the development of Chinese electronic book publishing industry.
