摘 要

随着大学毕业生数量的逐年增加,大学生就业问题已成为社会关注的焦点,而大学生就业过程中存在的就业歧视问题更可谓是焦点中的焦点。大学生是宝贵的人力资源,大学毕业生市场是大学毕业生人才配置的重要载体。然而,在整个劳动力市场供求不平衡的宏观背景下,大学生在择业过程中遇到了种种就业歧视。就业歧视破坏了毕业生市场的公平竞争环境,阻碍了人才的自由流动,影响了毕业生资源的优化配置和充分就业,阻碍了他们的正常社会化过程,客观上造成了人力资源的浪费。虽然国家采取了一系列措施来解决,但就业歧视已成为大学生就业的阻碍。因此,对于我国大学生就业歧视问题进行相关理论分析和研究,探讨如何有效消除就业歧视,不仅有助于促进高校毕业生就业市场环境的改善,也有利于高等教育的发展和我国“人才强国”战略的实现。本文分析了大学生就业歧视的表现、危害以及原因,并提出了相应解决途径和方法。

Abstract

With the number of university graduates increases every year, the issue of employment of university students has become a focus of concern, and university students in the course of employment discrimination in employment is the focus of the problem is the focus. University students are valuable human resources, the market of university graduates is an important means of talent configuration. However, in the labor market supply and demand imbalance in the macro background, the students often encounter discrimination in the process of finding job. Graduates employment discrimination undermines fair competition in the market environment, hinder the free flow of talent, and the impact of the graduates of the optimal allocation of resources and full employment, so that their normal socialization process by obstacles and on the objective caused a waste of human resources . Although the state has adopted a series of measures to tackle, but the impact of discrimination in employment have become obstacles to the employment of university students. Therefore, the issue of China's university students carried out discrimination in employment-related theoretical analysis and a study on how effective the elimination of employment discrimination, not only help to promote the employment of college graduates to improve the market environment, but also conducive to the development of higher education and our country's "brain power" strategy to achieve. This paper analyzes the performance of university student employment discrimination, the reasons for and against, and the corresponding ways and means to solve.
