中国劳动力市场均衡机制对就业影响的研究

摘 要

在市场经济体制中,包括劳动力要素在内的一切生产要素的分配都是通过市场的价格信号自发配置。劳动力市场通过价格的涨跌来平衡供求,通过价值规律的配置作用使劳动力在各企业和行业中按一定比例分配。也就是劳动力市场通过均衡机制的运行推动就业的实现。劳动力市场机制作为基础资源的配置市场,对于经济的平稳运行和社会的和谐发展意义重大。中国劳动力市场经过十几年的发展,已经初具规模,劳动力市场的均衡机制对中国劳动力就业产生全方位的影响。本文企图以中国劳动力市场均衡机制的分析作为支撑,评价劳动力市场的运行机制对就业影响的基础上,提出有益于促进中国劳动力市场均衡机制作用发挥的对策建议。

Abstract


 The allocation of all production factors are self-configuration based on the price signals in the market economic system. The labor market balances the supply and demand through the changing price and distributes labor resource in the kinds of enterprise and industry by the configuration effect of the law of value. In other words, the labor market promotes the achievement of employment through the operation of equilibrium mechanism. As the allocation market of basic resources, the labor market plays an important role for the smooth functioning of economy and harmonious developing of society. After more than a decade developing, China's labor market has begun to take shape and has the omni-directional impact on employment. Therefore, this paper analyzes the equilibrium mechanism of China's labor market, evaluates the influence on employment by the operating mechanism of the labor market. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to advance the development of labor market and employment.
