摘  要

随着知识经济时代的到来,掌握最有价值的知识资本的知识型员工日益成为企业提升竞争力的宝贵资源,已成为促进现代企业快速发展的核心力量。知识型员工代表着先进的生产力,也意味着企业旺盛的生命力,在企业中占据着举足轻重的地位,已经成为企业核心竞争力形成的关键,各企业对知识型员工的依赖性越来越强,知识型员工对企业忠诚度的高低直接决定着其为企业创造财富的多少。近几年来,越来越多的企业在知识型员工的管理方面,存在着严重的问题。普遍存在激励手段匮乏、员工流失率高、管理成本上升等现象。知识型员工是企业发展中必不可少的生产要素,其流动率远远高于普通员工。如何留住知识型员工已成为企业成败的关键。我们必须对这一类型员工的管理进行专门研究。
近些年来知识型人才流动特别快,这对企业留住、管好、用好知识型员工,提出了更高要求。因此,如何对知识型员工进行忠诚度培养,充分发挥他们的潜能,已经成为企业人力资源管理工作的重点。本文拟针对知识型员工忠诚度的培养,对知识型员工的有效管理方法,进行理论探讨,并提出相应的建议和对策。

Abstract

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the most valuable intellectual capital of employees is increasingly becoming a knowledge-based enterprises to enhance competitiveness of the valuable resource and has become a modern enterprise to promote the rapid development of core strength. Knowledge-based employees represent advanced productive forces, but also means that the business vitality, in the enterprise occupies a pivotal position, has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to form the key to a knowledge-based businesses becoming increasingly dependent employees, and knowledge-based staff-to-business loyalty directly determines the level for the number of enterprises to create wealth. In recent years, more and more enterprises in a knowledge-based management of staff, there is a serious problem. Widespread lack of incentives, the high turnover rate of employees, increased administrative costs and so on. Knowledge-based enterprise development staff is an indispensable factor of production, and its turnover rate is much higher than ordinary employees. How to retain knowledge workers have become the key to success. We have staff on the management of this type of specialized research.
In recent years the flow of knowledge-based human resources particularly fast, which is to retain business, management, and make good use of knowledge-based employees, and forward higher requirements. Therefore, how a knowledge-based training staff loyalty and give full play to their potential, has become a corporate human resources management work. In this paper, a knowledge-based workers for the cultivation of loyalty to a knowledge-based approach to effectively manage staff to carry out the theory to explore and to make appropriate recommendations and countermeasures.
