摘 要

随着中国经济的持续发展,企业之间的竟争已日趋激烈。企业能否生存与发展取决于他们在竞争环境中是否处于相对优势的地位,而在所有的竞争优势要素中,人力资源的质量是最为重要的,因此企业的竞争最终就是企业所拥有的人力资源的竟争。
“选人、育人、用人、留人”构成了现代企业人力资源管理的四大基本职能,作为四大职能之首的人员招聘和选拔直接影响企业人力资源的输入和引进质量。人员招聘和选拔随着企业的发展在人力资源管理中占有越来越重要的地位,人员招聘选拔的成功与否将直接影响一个组织的兴衰成败。但是从我国企业当前的现状来看,企业人才招聘无论是在程序上还是在操作上都存在着许多问题。
本文以人力资源管理理论为指导,结合当前企业人才招聘在人力资源规划、工作分析、招聘渠道、选拔测评、人员录用等一系列过程中存在的问题进行阐述,分析问题形成原因,并进一步提出对策。试图提出针对性建议,从而提高企业招聘有效性。

Abstract

  With the sustained development of Chinese economy, the market competition among the enterprises is increasingly fiercer. It depends on their relative advantages whether various enterprises can survive and develop. Nevertheless the quality of Human Resource is the foremost one of all competition factors. Therefore, the enterprises, competition is as well as the competition of HR.
“Talents selection, Talents training, Talents utilization and Talents reserving”, composes the four basic functions of modern business Human Resources Management, there in the talents selection and recruit influences directly the quality of talents importation as the primate function. So the selection and recruit of talents has become much more important in HRM. It is the key to the future for one firm. Currently, ax the current status of China’s enterprises, the entrepreneurial talents and enterprises, whether recruitment procedures are in operation there are a lot of problems.
Using the HRM theory as a guide, this article combined with the problems to analysis the causes and come up with strategies to further, which problems are be found in the current corporate job, such as HR program, job analysis, recruit medium, the selection test and talents employment, etc. Then the article indicates that we can set about establishing a system for the home enterprises to improve our recruit efficiency.
