提高民营企业员工满意度解析

摘　要

改革开放以来，民营企业不断发展壮大，在国民经济中的地位越来越重要，越来越多的专家学者关注民营企业的发展。民营企业家也开始不断探索科学的先进的管理理念，重视员工的价值，关注员工的满意度，以促进企业的长远发展。企业的长远发展又离不开企业的员工，只有员工满意了才能对企业投入更大的热情，从而创造出更大的经济效益，才能保证企业的持续生存和发展，保证企业的利润。如何让内部顾客——员工满意，如何在激烈的竞争环境中吸纳、挽留优秀的员工，为企业创造更多的利润，实现企业和员工的共赢，已经成为了当今民营企业家最为关注的问题。发现问题就要解决问题，民营企业想要解决这些问题，想要在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地，想要拥有越来越多的顾客，就必须想方设法提高员工的满意度，让企业和员工达成一致的成功的目标，从而实现企业和员工的双赢。本文从员工满意度的含义、功能、影响因素分析入手，然后根据民营企业的一些现状来说明员工满意度不高的问题，最后重点阐述了民营企业可以提高员工满意度的一些途径。

Abstract

Since the reform and open policy, the Private enterprise has grown strong unceasingly, is getting more and more important in national economy's status, more and more experts pay attention to Private enterprise's development. The private entrepreneur also starts to explore the science unceasingly the advanced management idea, takes staff's value, pays attention to staff's degree of satisfaction, promotes enterprise's long-term development. Enterprise's long-term development cannot leave enterprise's staff, only then the staff satisfied has been able to invest a bigger enthusiasm to the enterprise, thus created a greater economic efficiency, could guarantee that enterprise's persistent existence and developed, guarantee enterprise's profit. How to let the internal customer--staff be satisfied, how to buy, detain the outstanding staff in the keen competition environment, creates more profits for the enterprise, realizes the enterprise and the staff altogether wins, had already become now the private entrepreneur most matter of concern. Found that the problem needs to solve the problem, the Private enterprise wish solves these problems, wants to hold the small space in the intense market competition, the wish has more and more customers, must do everything possible to enhance staff's degree of satisfaction, lets the enterprise and the staff achieves the consistent successful goal, thus realizes the enterprise and staff's win-win. This article from the staff degree of satisfaction's meaning, the function, the influencing factor analysis obtains, then basis Private enterprise's some present situations showed that the staff degree of satisfaction not high question, elaborated with emphasis finally the Private enterprise may enhance the staff degree of satisfaction some ways.
