中国大学毕业生起薪分析

Abstract

In recent years the employment of college graduates has become China’s social hot spot, University Expansion, the difficult employment situation for graduates of university students, college students and graduates starting low and the potential problems are not only of concern for the community, but also the immediate problem of graduates. The sayings of low starting salaries for college graduates, and graduates’ starting salaries are lower than migrant workers are overwhelming, even resulting in “study incompetence”. As a fresh graduate from university, I start from the current situation, the main entry for university graduates to conduct a survey and analysis of the phenomenon, data and the reason, which seeks to a solution. Through investigation and analysis of university graduates’ starting salaries, it is optimistic about the prospects for graduates. Graduates should enhance their overall quality and adjust their attitude towards employment, to meet the requirements of the employing units, practical work, and to contribute to social development.

近年大学毕业生就业问题已成为我国社会热点，大学扩招，大学生毕业生就业难、大学生毕业生起薪低及由此可能导致的问题等不只为社会各界广泛关注，更是所有在读生及应届毕业生的切身问题。大学毕业生起薪低，甚至不如农民工的报道及说法铺天盖地，导致“读书无用论”抬头。作为一名即将迈出大学校门的应届毕业生，笔者从现况入手，主要针对大学毕业生的起薪问题进行调查并分析各种现象、数据及个中原因，从中寻求应对及解决之道。通过调查分析，大学毕业生起薪前景尚算乐观，毕业生们作好职业规划的同时需提高自身素质及调整就业心态以适应用人单位要求，踏实工作，为社会发展做出贡献。
