论对英语自主性学习发展的一些限制


Abstract

This paper aims to discuss about the constraints of the development of autonomous learning in English. Autonomous learning, which is different from traditional classroom-based learning, has turned out to be an effective approach to learning knowledge. In the language teaching and learning field, its theories have already been put into practice around the world. The learners in China, mainly the learners of English, are benefiting from the true exercise of autonomous learning. However, elements of affecting the development of autonomous learning have been reflected through the government study. Various impediments and constraints appear in the process of developing leaner autonomy that vary in terms of different situations. The difficulties in our current situation can be identified from the following aspects: policy and society factor, learner factor, teacher factor and learning environment factor. According to the constraints, the paper provides some advice to settle the related problems. Also finally the thesis talks about the significance of autonomous learning.

中文摘要
本论文主要目的在于讨论影响英语自主学习发展的障碍和困难的问题。自主性学习作为一种已被证明为有效的获取知识的方法,它不同于传统的以课堂学习为中心的学习模式。如今在语言教学领域,自主性学习的理论在世界范围内都有着广泛的运用和实践。我国的英语学习者,正从这些真正的实践中受益。但是,从不少研究报告中反映出,在这个过程中,还存在诸多的障碍或困难妨碍着这些英语学习者自主性的发展,且在不同的情况下会有不同的表现。同时,我们还可以做出与之相关的四个因素的归纳,即:政策和社会因素、学习者因素、教师因素和学习环境因素。根据这些障碍和困难,本论文着眼强调自主学习的意义及提供一些相关的解决问题的建议和方法。
