怀化市旅游集散中心培育研究

摘要
旅游集散中心是散客旅游市场发展的产物，是适应散客需求的一项新兴旅游运作方式。作为湖南省重点旅游城市之一的怀化，素有“黔滇门户”、“全楚咽喉”之称，是湖南的“西大门”。怀化旅游资源丰富，地缘优势明显 ，初步具备旅游集散中心发展的条件。本文以积极培育怀化旅游集散中心为目的，借鉴其他城市集散中心的成功经验，以推行政府主导型旅游集散中心发展为主要模式，积极开拓怀化市的潜在散客市场。并在旅游资源整合与开发上提出自己相关的建议，包括构建散客信息服务平台、合理开发旅游产品、提高服务人员的综合素质等方面，从而提高怀化旅游服务水平，促进怀化旅游集散中心地构建，最终促进怀化旅游业的可持续发展。

Study on Cultivating about the Travel Collecting and Distributing Centre in Huaihua

Abstract
The travel collecting and distributing centre is a result development of the individual tourist travels market, which can meet the need of individual touristm.Huaihua is the west door of Hunan province,has names of “the door of Qian Dian”,”the throat of the Chu Dynasty”,which as one of the important tourist cities of Hunan.Huaihua ,located in a advantageous ground ,is rich in tourist rescouces,so that it has the original conditions of developing the travel collecting and distributing centre. The article stands on the basic of studying the success experience from the travel collecting and distributing centre in other cities, taking the main model which the travel collecting and distributing centre developping  chiefly leaded by government,carving Huaihua' s individual tourist travels market out positively, in order to cultivate the travel collecting and distributing centre in Huaihua actively.Moreover,it will put forward same mutuality  proposals about the conformity and exploitation of tourist rescouces,including building the information service flat of individual tourist travels,exploring tourism products rationality,enhancing the comprehensive diathesis of assistants and so on, then raise the level of tourist service in Huaihua, make advantages for the building of the travel collecting and distributing centre in Huaihua, promote a sustainable development of tourism in Huaihua finally.
