传统太极拳与竞技太极拳的对比分析

摘 要
本文采用文献资料，逻辑归纳等研究方法。对近十年来有关太极拳的文献进行研究分析。结果表明：传统太极拳与竞技太极拳在内容 发展过程 文化背景 表现方式 价值功能 训练过程 评定方式和衡量标准是有区别的，传统太极拳是一种修炼行为，在练习和训练过程中以理解动作的攻防含义为基础，着重对练套路的练习，而竞技太极拳是一种竞技体育，与传统太极拳相比，由于价值取向的不同，竞技太极拳把套路作为表现武术的最高形式，在训练过程强调动作规格 演练水平 难度创新。本文旨在提高大众对太极拳的认识，以便正确其在现实生活中的指导作用.

Abstract
This article uses the literature material, research techniques and so on logical induction. Carries on the research analysis to for the past ten years the related Taijiquan's literature. The result indicated: The traditional Taijiquan and athletics Taijiquan have the difference in the content developing process cultural context performance way value faculty training process evaluation way and the measurables, the traditional Taijiquan is one kind of practice behavior, in practices and in the training process understood that the movement the attack and defense meaning is a foundation, to practices the repertoire emphatically the practice, but athletics Taijiquan is one kind of athletics sports, compares with the traditional Taijiquan, as a result of value orientation's difference, athletics Taijiquan takes the repertoire the performance martial arts the highest form, in training process emphasis movement specification drilling horizontal difficulty innovation. This article is for the purpose of enhancing the populace to the Taijiquan understanding, so that correct it in real life instruction function.
