If abolishes the death penalty, then how to abolish? Regarding this, we already cannot act with undue haste, also cannot ignore, should base our country realistic situation, the rational treatment. Looked on the present situation that carries on the limit from each aspect to the death penalty, the creation abolishes death penalty's condition is we at present the best choice.
