我国上市公司股权结构与公司绩效关系的实证分析

摘要：上市公司股权结构研究是当前中国学术界开展研究的重要学术领域，伴随着中国经济全面市场化进程，中国上市公司股权结构研究还处于起步阶段，其中有待探索的研究内容很多。本文通过选取上交所285家上市公司作为研究样本，从股权集中度和股权结构出发，建立多元回归模型，借此分析股权结构与公司业绩之间的关系，结果表明国家股比例与公司业绩不相关关系，法人股比例与公司业绩不相关，股权集中度较高的公司其业绩不一定就好。最后提出优化上市公司股权结构的建议。

An Empirical Analysis of the Relation Between the Ownership Structure and Corporate Performance in China

Abstract: Research on ownership structure of Chinese listing corporation is the current academic research an important academic field. Along with the Chinese economy overall commercialize a process, Chinese listing corporation ownership structure research is still in its initial stage, which need to be explored a lot of content. This paper build multiple regression models, and use the models to make a empirical analysis on 285 listed companies from the Shanghai Stock Exchange to analysis of the relation between equity structure and company performance. The conclusion: the proportion of state shares, legal person shares, ownership concentration are not related to corporate performance. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy proposes to perfecting the independent director system in China.
