论英文商务合同中句子的翻译方法

摘    要

作为一种国际语言和许多国家的官方语言,英语在国际贸易和交往合作领域中扮演着极其重要的作用。商务合同是具有法律效力的文件，在经济活动中具有重要作用。随着跨国经济交流的繁荣发展，商务合同翻译的重要作用日益凸现，已越来越多的出现在研究领域,然而合同翻译尚未得到充分发展，作为翻译学中的一个分支，合同翻译有着它内在的规律，因而需要对它进行系统的研究。商务合同的种类繁多，涉及面广，内容复杂。商务合同有其自身的特点,即条理性、规范性和专业性, 因此商务合同对翻译的质量提出很高的要求,也增加了其难度。
本文共分为五部分：第一部分为前言，对论题所论述的内容作个介绍；第二部分为文献综述，介绍国内外翻译研究现状；第三部分分析商务合同中句子的语言特点；第四部分在对传统翻译现状总结的基础上，提出了自己的翻译方法；第五部分结论，提出此论题的研究意义，指出论文不足之处及未来研究的方向。

Abstract

Being an international language and acting as official language in many countries．Business contract is a legal document, and play an important role in economic activities. With the prosperity and development of transnational economic exchange, business contract has more and more appeared in the research fields, but has not yet been fully development, as a branch of translation, the translation of business contract has its inherent and therefore need to be discussed systematically. Business contract has its own features: orderly, normative and professional. So the quality of business contract translation has very high demand, has also increased the difficulty.
This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is introduction and give a general recommend to the detail of this topic; The second part is the literature review on the related translation research; The three part do a comprehensive analysis on the linquistic features of sentences in business contract; The fourth part is my own transltion method on the old research; The fifth part is the conclusion, puts forward the proposition, point out the significance of the research and future research direction.
