面试在企业招聘中的应用分析

摘要:现代企业竞争是人才的竞争 ,只有选拔最适合人员 ,企业的目标才可望实现。而面试是一种科学的人员甄选和测评技术,是人员招聘过程中广泛使用的测评手段。本文以宝洁公司(中国)为例,通过阐述分析招聘面试的概念及其重要性,并将具体分析几种重要的面试方法及各自的优劣势,还将针对目前招聘中一些常见问题提供一些简单易行且合理的提高面试有效率的建议,让各企业及相应人员对招聘面试中有更清晰的认识,并且在平常运用中能更得心应手。

Analysis on Application of Interview in Recruitment

Abstract

The competition among modern enterprises is the competition of talents. Only by selecting the most suitable person can the goals of the enterprises be achieved. And interview which is quite scientific is widely used in selecting and evaluating people when the enterprises want to employ someone. In order to make the users know better and clear about interview and also use it more efficiently, this paper is going to take P&G (China)as an example, clarify the definition and importance of interview, and also analyze some methods and their advantages and disadvantages. Besides, it will finally provide some reasonable and efficient solutions according to the current problems.
