职业女性工作家庭冲突及平衡策略


   摘要:在当今社会,女性寻求职业成功已经成为世界潮流,当代职业女性扮演着双重角色(职业角色和家庭角色)承担着三重责任(员工、妻子和母亲)。在有限的时间和精力下,职业女性想要扮演好双重角色就必然会引发工作家庭冲突。工作-家庭冲突不仅会降低职业女性的工作投入和工作满意度,直接影响女性个体的组织承诺,还可能加剧女性的工作压力,产生懈怠紧张情绪,进而危害女性生理及心理健康。本文基于对现代职业女性的研究,探讨和分析了工作家庭冲突的影响因素及其导致的后果,并总结了一些工作家庭的平衡策略。

Work-Family Conflict of Career Women and the Balancing Strategy

Abstract: In modern society, it is a world trend that women pursue their career success. Contemporary career women have to play a dual role (occupational and family roles) and bear the triple responsibility (employee, wife and mother). Because of limited time and energy, it’s likely to cause work-family conflict when they have to play each role well. Work - family conflict will not only reduce the input of professional women's work and their job satisfaction, individual organizational commitment and may also exacerbate the pressure of women's work. Work-family conflict will generate women's slack and tense mood, which endangers women's physical and mental health.  This paper based on the analysis of causing factors and consequence of work-family conflict of modern career women, puts forward some balancing strategies and solutions.
