浙江省新型农村合作医疗保险现状调查及对策

摘  要：新型农村合作医疗保险工作是国家为缓解农民"看病难、看病贵"问题而实施的一项重大决策。本人进行调查研究并撰写文章，希望可以深入了解此项政策。文章从新型农村合作医疗保险的现状开始着眼，立足浙江省内，通过对新型农村合作医疗保险基金在筹资时的困境切入，希望能够建立完善的筹资制度，健全长效的筹资机制，并从宣传和信息方面对这些问题提出解决方案和意见，从理论联系实际，最终得出结论。

Abstract:. The new rural cooperative medical insurance in the state to alleviate the farmers, "medical treatment difficult and expensive" in a major policy decision implemented. I conduct research and write articles, hoping to understand this policy.
