我国金融业混业经营的探讨

内容摘要：本文主要选取了新背景下我国金融业混业经营作为主要研究内容，阐述了我国实行金融业混业经营的背景和现状，表明了我国实行金融业混业经营的趋势，我国现在的分业经营的模式在新的国际背景下已逐渐不适应，表现出种种问题。尽管国家通过一系列的法律法规加强了银行与保险、证券等金融业务的合作，然而我国商业银行在混业经营方面采取何种模式仍处于探索阶段，在走向混业经营过程中我们有哪些问题需要解决，怎样抓住实行混业经营的恰当时机，还需要认真分析。本文主要从我国金融环境所处的国际背景以及我国金融业的发展现状既面临的挑战与机遇出发，探究金融业实行混业经营面临的问题，最后对我国实行混业经营提供几点建议。

The  Analysis of  Mixed Operation of
Financial Industry in China
Abstract：This paper selected the new context of mixed operation of financial industry in China as the main research content, elaborated our country to implement the mixed operation of financial industry in the background and the present situation, shows that China s finance industry through the trend of mixed operation in our country now, the separate management mode in the new international situation is gradually unfit, performance all sorts of questions. Although the state through a series of laws and regulations to strengthen the banking and insurance, securities and other financial business cooperation, however, China's commercial banks in the aspects of the mode of mixed management is still in the stage of exploration, to mixed operation process we which problems need to be solved, how to seize the opportune moment to execute operation, also need a careful analysis of. In this paper, mainly from China's financial environment of the international background and the development of China's financial industry current situation both challenges and opportunities of financial industry mixed operation, explore the implementation problems, the last of China's mixed business and provide some suggestions.
