小型私营企业人才流失及对策

在企业拥有的各项资源之中,人力资源无疑是其中最重要的资源。从某种意义上来讲,企业竞争的关键即是人才的竞争。但是人才的流失又是企业不得不面对的问题。

如何设计和建立一套科学的、有效的人才管理体系,对企业尤其是小型私营企业来说,是一个有重要现实意义的课题。本文通过对郑州汇龙公司人才流失现状的分析,提出了人才流失的原因及如何防范人才流失。

summary: In every resource that enterprises have, the human resources are undoubtedly the most important resource among them . Say in a sense , the key of enterprise's competition is talents' competition . But it is the question that enterprises have to face that talents run off. How to design and set up a set of science , effective talent's management system, to enterprises, especially small-scale private enterprise, it is a subject with important realistic meaning.
