J汽车公司物流管理优化


摘    要

    汽车是资金和技术密集型的产品,据统计其生产过程的加工时间约占5%,而用于搬运、储存等物流作业的时间占95%。因此,汽车制造企业如何根据企业的生产特点来加强物流管理,优化物流路线,减少物资搬运次数,压缩存储时间和提高物流效率,是实现企业低成本运营,提高企业的核心竞争能力和可持续发展能力的重要任务。也是目前迫切需要解决的问题。
本论文以J汽车公司物流管理为研究对象,依据现代企业物流理论,从研究的背景,公司的物流管理现状、物流管理存在的问题等方面进行了深入系统的分析。论文运用供应链管理、库存优化、JIT等相关理论, 针对公司物流管理模式存在的问题,主要从订单管理、建立ERP系统等方面提出了相应的解决方案。

Optimization of Logistics Management J automobile company

ABSTRACT
Automobile manufacturing is the dense industry in the world because its development needs a lot off finance and technology.In manufacturing process, producing time is only 5%of total manufacturing process, but the time of logietics activitises is about 95%in handling and storing.Aboveall, desire of enterprises’producing logistics need begin totally from manufacturing enterprises,which the logistics route is short,and times of handling is little,and then the logistics efficientis higher than ever.It is perplexing problem for many enterprises that how to rapidly and effsctirely meet the diversification of customer's demands.and  relize the low cost of company's operation.Under the background, the problem of automobile materials flow management becomes the focus of management researchers and company managers at home and abroad.
On the basis of modern logistics development and study summarized, according to the conception of modern enterprises’logistics,The present paper flows the flowed the management pattern to the J automobile manufacture company to conduct the thorough research and the system analysis.Had pointedout this company flows the question which the link exists,and using the supply chain management,supplies chain straightening up theory, correlation theoryand so on stock optimimizeation, proposed the corresponding solution for the company.
