摘要
当前激烈的市场竞争决定了企业必须充分满足顾客的需求。因为坚持以顾客为导向，才能更好地为顾客服务，体现出竞争优势。而业务流程再造就是能使企业维持竞争优势的法宝。
业务流程再造理论以业务流程为改造对象、以关心客户的需求和满意度为目标，是对现有的业务流程进行根本性再思考、彻底性再设计的全新设计法与在现有流程基础上进行改进的系统化改造法的总称。国内很多企业受发展的限制，进行彻底的流程再设计是不现实的，这就需要结合企业的实际情况，应用系统化改造方法在现有流程的基础上进行持续改进，从而实现企业在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面的巨大改善。
本文以天津市津荣有限公司为实例，应用BPR理论体系中的理论和工具，阐述企业在外部环境和自身资源约束下如何管理和改进业务流程，以达到降低成本，提高企业流程运行质量，提高客户满意度的目的。

ABSTRACT
The current intense market competition had decided the enterprise must meet customer's need fully. Because insisting to take the customer as guidance can serve customers better and manifest the competitive advantage well. And the business process reengineering is magic weapon to maintain the enterprise's competitive advantage.
The business process reengineering theory take the operation flow as the transformation object, take the customer needs and satisfaction as the goal, is carries on the fundamentals to the existing operation flow to ponder again, the thorough reengineering's brand-new design law with carries on optimized in the existing flow foundation the systematized transformation method general name. The domestic many enterprises the limit which develops, carries on the thorough flow reengineering is not realistic, this needs to unify enterprise's actual situation, the application systematization transformation method carries on in the existing flow foundation improves continually, thus realizes the enterprise in aspect and so on cost, quality, service and speed huge improvements.
This article take Tianjin jinrong Co., LTD as an example, applies in the BPR system info's theory and the tool, elaborated how the enterprise does manage and the optimization operation flow under the external environment and own resources restraint, achieves reduces the cost, improves the enterprise flow riding quality，enhances the customer degree of satisfaction the goal.
