精密弹簧有限公司的库存管理与优化

摘要
制造企业的核心部分是生产组织管理,而库存管理是生产组织管理和资金管理中非常重要的方面。近年来,由于受到金融危机的影响,企业之间的竞争逐步加剧,利润逐渐减少。基于上述经营环境的变化,如何管理企业产品库存,提高企业经济效益,从而获得最大利润至关重要。
昌邑精密弹簧有限公司作为一家历史悠久的企业,由于近年来库存控制技术条件落后、仓库规划不合理、市场变化等诸多原因使企业在市场中逐渐失去了有利地竞争优势。本文通过对该公司的库存选址、成品库存分类、库存控制技术落后、库存信息不准确以及仓库现场环境混乱等问题进行分析与研究,针对存在的问题提出改进方案,最终降低了企业库存数量、节省了企业流动资金、增强企业的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
The core part of the manufacturing enterprise is the production organization and management, and inventory management, production organization, management and funds management in a very important aspect. In recent years, due to financial crisis, and gradually increased the competition among enterprises, profits decreased. Based on the business environment changes, how to manage business inventory, improve economic efficiency of enterprises, which is essential to maximize profits.
      As a long-established enterprises, ChangYi Precision Spring Company technical conditions behind inventory control in recent years, warehouse planning and inadequate, and many other causes of changes in the market so that enterprises in the market began to lose their competitiveness. This site by the company’s stock,finished goods inventory categories, inventory control, backward technology, inventory information is not accurate and the warehouse environment of the scene of confusion and other problems and research issues for the improvement of existing programs, finally reducing the number of business inventories, working capital savings and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
