xx餐饮公司的改进与优化

摘    要
餐饮业是一个重要的生活环境和投资环境产业，研究餐饮业意义重大,它是带动内需扩大的支柱产业，直接关系到人民的生活水平，与百姓的生命健康息息相关。从第三产业的角度来看，餐饮业是增长最快、比重较高的支柱产业之一。餐饮业的发展对我国的经济发展和人民生活的水平提高具有十分重要的意义，重视餐饮业研究，对于提高人民生活质量、拉动相关产业、扩大市场消费、增加社会就业、促进社会和谐等都具有十分重要的作用。
本文基于价值链的思想，鹏川食府予以分析，从该公司所面临的问题出发，采用比较和ABC分类等研究方法，针对其采购成本、出品效率、质量管理这三个增值环节,对该公司进行分析并加以改造，从而提高公司的利润和竞争力。

The improvement and optimization of Peng Chuan restaurant

ABSTRACT
The Catering Industry is an important living enviroment and also the industry of investment environment. The research of catering industry is significant.The industry is a pillar industry pushing for domestic demand and relating with the living standard and health of people directly. In terms of the third industry, the catering industry is one of the pillar industrys which increases rapidly. The development of catering industry plays a significant role in the economic development and living standard of our country. The focus on the research of catering industry has an in import effect on the increase of quality of the livelihood, the relative industry and harmony of society.
  Based on the Value Chain, this article analyze the Peng Chuan Company, I use the method of comparison, ABC Classification from reality, improving the Value-adding Process of cost of procurement, operational efficiency and quality to reform the company. In order to improve the competitiveness of the company.
