巴西对华反倾销的分析

摘要
近年来，中巴双边贸易发展迅速，而中巴之间的贸易摩擦也频繁发生，巴西在发展中国家中已成为对华反倾销最多的国家之一，已经严重影响中巴双方贸易的健康发展。因此，本文通过分析巴西对华反倾销现状的概述，其中重点分析巴西对华反倾销的数量增长的原因，巴西对华反倾销所涉及的行业，分别从行业跟年度两方面分析巴西对华反倾销结案特征，肯定裁决后以征收反倾销税结案的描述，探究了巴西对华反倾销的趋势，对华反倾销产生的不利影响，最后有针对性地提出政府应该积极争取“市场经济国家”地位，行业协会应该积极组织国内企业应对，企业应提高产品技术含量等措施。

Abstract
In recent years, the bilateral trade between China and Brazil has developed rapidly. However the trade friction between China and Brazil also occurred frequently. Brazil has become one of the largest developing countries of those which is anti-dumping to China, which has seriously affected the healthy development of China-Brazil bilateral trade. Therefore, by analyzing Brazil's anti-dumping status quo overview, which focuses on the reasons for the increasing of anti-dumping in Brazil and the industries those are involved in the anti-dumping. From two respects of industries and annual this article analyzes the anti-dumping case characteristics, affirmative ruling to levy anti-dumping duties by the description of Brazil, the trend of anti-dumping, anti-dumping adverse effects, affirmative determination to impose anti-dumping duties description of closed, and discusses the trend of Brazilian anti-dumping, unfavorable influences of the anti-dumping. Finally put forward the government should actively strive for "market economy country" position, industry associations should actively organize domestic enterprises, enterprises should improve the technological content of products and other measures.
