市场经济快速发展的今天,对人力资源管理的重视也达到了前所未有的高度。企业的竞争不仅仅是资源和科技的竞争,还加入了人力资源的竞争。各企业不得不考虑自身的人力资源管理能否吸引人才,留住人才。人力资源是一种无形的财富,无形的竞争利剑。它往往创财富于无形之间,击败对手于隐形之中。全国乃至世界大型企业无不纷纷加强对企业人力资源的支持力度,走企业人才发展之路。我国的民营企业发展起步晚,缺乏有效的可循经验。在经济全球化日益成型的今天,更应该重视企业人力资源的发展方向,为企业的发展赢得更大的发展空间。民营企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济的复苏和发展具有重要的推动作用。所以做好企业的人力资源工作,不仅关系企业的兴旺发展,更关系到国家经济的快速发展。
