浅谈企业文化与人力资源管理创新

【内容摘要】

本文在分析企业文化与人力资源管理关系的基础上,提出了企业文化在人力资源管理中的创新应用。

企业文化作为企业特有的非物质资源对于人力资源管理的开展有着千丝万缕的联系,两者作为企业的重要组成部分是相互影响的,企业文化是人力资源管理工作的基础,人力资源管理的开展同时对企业文化也是一种不断完善的过程。通过对企业文化和人力资源管理的了解认知,理清两者之间的关系。发挥企业文化对人力资源管理的促进作用,结合“以人为本”的企业管理理念,在企业进行招聘、员工培训、员工个人职业生涯规划等领域,引入企业文化这一元素,加强企业文化对人力资源管理的导向作用,建立起一种具有时代特色,将企业发展与员工发展相一致的新型的人力资源管理模式。

Abstract
