从“三鹿事件”反思道德管理在企业中的应用

[摘 要]“三鹿事件”的曝光让我们看到道德危机给社会、人民生活、企业自身及所在行业带来了严重影响。然而，造成这一系列后果的原因是复杂的和多方面的，但深层次的原因是企业道德管理的缺失。本文以此为研究的切入点，从三鹿事件的背景出发，进而揭示三鹿事件的启示，反思供应商、企业、消费者应如何应对产品安全的问题，并通过相关理论及实例对我国企业道德管理存在的主要问题进行详细剖析，从中揭示了其问题存在的根源在于利益分配的不均匀。最后，针对其存在的问题提出相应的改进措施，主张我国企业应加强自身的道德管理，创建道德委员会，塑造凝聚性强的企业价值观，完善市场机制及监督机制，积极履行社会责任及积极加入到道德审计的行列，使我国企业能从中得到一些启发。

Reflecting the Application of Moral Management
in Enterprises from Sanlu Incident
 
Abstract：The exposure of Sanlu incident,which makes us see that the moral crisis has a serious influence on society, people's life, enterprises themselves and the industry. However, the reasons causing a series of consequences, are complicated and multifaceted, the missing of moral management is the deeper reason. This paper studies this point, based on the background of sanlu incident, reveals the enlightenment about Sanlu incident, and reflects how suppliers, enterprises and consumers cope with the matter about product safety. And the author detailed analyzes the main problems existing in the moral management through related theory and examples in our country, as well as reveals that the problems lies in the uneven distribution of interests. Finally, in view of the existing problems, the author provides some improving measures,which maintain that the enterprises should strengthen the moral administration themselves, create the ethics committee, build the strong condensing enterprises' value, perfect market mechanism and supervision mechanism, perform positively social responsibilities and actively join moral audit, to make enterprises get some enlightenment in our country.
