第三方物流在食品企业中的应用研究—以三全食品有限公司为例

[摘 要] 长期以来国内食品企业重生产轻物流，对生产领域内的各个环节和企业内部管理比较重视，不重视生产领域以外的采购、运输、仓储、分类、配送等环节，这样就大大增加了食品企业生产经营的成本，缺乏市场竞争能力，因此，我国食品企业为了保持竞争力，提高产品质量，降低生产成本，缩短交货周期，转变了传统的作业模式 加强了对食品物流的建设。本文从第三方物流在食品企业中的应用出发，分析了第三方物流运作的方式、运行模式的特点，影响物流模式运行的因素，并通过三全食品这一具体实例进行了分析说明对当前食品物流中存在的一些问题提出了合理化地的对策及建议：国家应完善物流行业的法律法规，企业加快冷链技术的研究不断完善其基础设施的建设，同时应注重对物流专业人才的培养；提高员工的实践技能，大力发展公司信息化水平，不断的提高其市场竞争力。

Abstract: Long-term since domestic food enterprise heavy manufacturing lightweight logistics, production field of every link and the enterprise internal management more important, not value the production field outside the procurement, transportation, warehousing, classification, and distribution, and other links, thus greatly increased the cost of food production and operation of enterprises, the lack of market competition ability, the China food enterprise. To remain competitive, improve product quality, reduce production cost, shorten delivery cycle, change the traditional pattern of homework to strengthen the construction of food logistics. This article from the third party logistics enterprise application in food, we analyzed the third-party logistics operation mode, the mode of operation characteristics, effect factors of logistics mode and food logistics operation is analyzed, and the countermeasures of by the example analysis and explanation. The rationalization of countermeasures that should improve the logistics industry ： state laws and regulations, the cold chain technology research will continue to improve its infrastructure and should pay attention to the logistics training for professionals ； improve the practical skills. to develop information to the company level and improving its market competitiveness.
